Our story traces back to 1840 when the first generation of the Singla family opened a fabric retail store in Panipat, India, catering to the local community's needs. Over time, the Singla family's visionary second generation seized opportunities in wool trading, expanding operations to export to global markets like the United States and the United Kingdom.
With a reputation for quality and commitment established worldwide, the Singla family transitioned to providing superior materials to local spinners and weavers. The third generation embarked on a journey of end-to-end trade integration, including sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution. This era saw the establishment of looms for cotton fabric production and entry into rug manufacturing in 1981, laying the foundation for what would evolve into one of India's most extensive facilities today.

Our diverse range of techniques, including Jacquard, Wilton, Axminster, Hand Tufting, Flat-woven (Dhurrie Kilim), Pit Loom, and Machine Tufting, offers endless possibilities for customization.
In addition to offering a wide selection of materials such as NZ wool, Merino wool, Linen, wool/linen blend, Wool/Hemp blend, Kenaf, Organic Cotton, Mercerized Cotton, Nylon, Polypropylene, sisal, handspun wool, and wool/ jute blend, we prioritize ethical and sustainable sourcing practices.

We are also adamant about the importance of artisans who weave on quality hand looms, many of which are antiques. Some of the most impressive pieces uncovered in India are made on hand looms over a century old.
